4.4 You must not use the Platform while in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to do so, or while under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.
atas88 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is RM 20 (or the USDT equivalent). Deposits are credited instantly for e-wallets and within minutes for bank transfers. atas88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds (less any transaction costs) where reasonably practicable.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for verified accounts. 10.3 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." atas88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits atas88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 atas88 is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended as entertainment. If gambling is causing financial stress or personal harm, we encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your Account dashboard.
11.2 Available tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months). These tools take effect immediately upon activation.
